Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced After Sales Director to lead and develop all aftersales activities for a growing construction equipment organization in Turkey. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive service performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability across service, spare parts, warranty, and technical support.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-site teams, budget management, and the ability to build strategic relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in aftersales/service operations/technical services or customer support.
• Proven experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery or related sectors.
• Strong leadership of multi-site service operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aftersales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead nationwide service, spare parts, warranty, and technical support operations.
• Manage performance of multiple service locations and ensure delivery standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service profitability.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs across aftersales functions.
• Budget forecasting and cost optimization for the department.
• Ensure spare parts availability and inventory control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Build relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support growth.
• Recruit, coach, and lead multi-location teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
