Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to lead accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management for its Istanbul operations. You will oversee month-end close, drive forecasting, prepare management reports, and partner with auditors and regulators.

The role requires a CPA, strong Excel and SAP experience, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA qualification is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; SAP experience is required.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounting, tax, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial control activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; provide insights for business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support financial health.
• Provide accurate financial information and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Analyze results to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate external audit processes and act as primary contact for auditors.
