Qualifications

• Native-level English (C2) in written and spoken communication.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; logistics or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong digital skills and familiarity with common PC applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
• Strong customer focus, patience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
