Job summary
A leading café management company in Singapore is looking for a Service Crew / Supervisor / Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality beverages, assisting with kitchen duties, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have experience in a food service environment and possess strong supervisory and customer service skills. The position offers a salary range based on the role from $2400 to $3400.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service or café environment.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in café.
- Ensure compliance with company SOP.
- Assist in outlet operations management.
- Prepare high-quality beverages.

Skills
Position Title: Service Crew / Supervisor / Assistant Outlet Manager
Location: Isetan / Orchard
Working Days: 5 days / 44 hrs per week including weekend and PH
Salary: Service Crew ($2400-$2500) / Supervisor ($2600-$2950) / AOM ($2800-$3400)
- Responsible for smooth daily operations in café
- Supervise in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Assist in overseeing the outlet operations, ensuring operations are running smoothly & efficiently
- Preparation of high quality beverages according to menu
- Light kitchen duties and preparation work
- Provide good customer service
- Basic housekeeping
