Job summary
A contemporary Korean restaurant located in Suntec City is seeking a skilled individual to supervise front-of-house operations. The role involves leading a team to deliver an excellent customer experience and maintaining service standards. Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of F&B experience. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate service crew.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain service standards.

- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate service crew to deliver excellent customer experience
- Handle customer feedback and ensure service standards are maintained
- Assist in staff scheduling, stock control, and daily sales reporting
- Coordinate with kitchen team for efficient order management
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to SFA standards
- At least 2 years of F&B experience (Korean or casual dining preferred)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Singaporeans / PRs preferred; work pass holders welcome
- 5.5 days a week
