Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate service crew to deliver excellent customer experience
• Handle customer feedback and ensure service standards are maintained
• Assist in staff scheduling, stock control, and daily sales reporting
• Coordinate with kitchen team for efficient order management
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to SFA standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of F&B experience (Korean or casual dining preferred)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Singaporeans / PRs preferred; work pass holders welcome

Working Hours

• 5.5 days a week
