Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Lab Supervisor to lead and oversee laboratory operations for a leading multinational chemical manufacturer based in Jurong Island.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all analytical and quality control processes meet company and international standards. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, proven team management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day QC lab operations and testing activities.
• Ensure all products meet quality and specification standards before release.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of lab analysts and technicians.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of lab instruments.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits, maintaining ISO 9001 documentation.
• Work closely with production and QA teams on quality improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ QC lab experience in a chemical or manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and lab safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with LIMS, SAP, and MS Office.
