About the Role
Techzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, practical, and visually clean digital experiences.
You will work closely with product, development, and business stakeholders to design and validate interfaces for enterprise software, web applications, and internal systems.
This role is suitable for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant UI/UX experience, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design user‑centric interfaces for web applications, enterprise systems, and internal platforms
- Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
- Use Figma to create, maintain, and iterate design assets, components, and design systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by:
- Reviewing implemented features against design and requirements
- Identifying UI/UX issues, inconsistencies, and usability gaps
- Supporting UAT feedback documentation and follow‑ups
- Maintain and improve UI consistency across products using shared design standards
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, user input, and testing results
- Prepare design documentation and handover materials for development teams
- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, usability standards, and design trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UI/UX design experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or complex web applications
- Fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates with a strong UI/UX portfolio are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Figma is a must‑have
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Familiarity with responsive design and usability best practices
- Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience supporting or participating in UAT or QA processes
- Understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or business systems
- Exposure to usability testing methods or analytics tools
