Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled CAD/BIM professional. Responsibilities include preparing and amending detailed schematics, solving technical design issues, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Qualifications

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and amend schematic, detailed and production drawings.
  • Develop solutions to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Prepare CAD/BIM designs for presentation submissions.
  • Compute basic technical calculations for projects.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Attend technical and design meetings to update drawings.
  • Lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
