Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual business plan and strategies for the portfolio(s).
• Initiate new ideas and concepts to support the business plan.
• Manage the risk acceptance process to ensure compliance with underwriting philosophy.
• Train and develop intermediaries' knowledge of products.
• Lead the attainment of underwriting results for new and existing business.
