Job summary

This position requires physical fitness and the ability to work overtime, with a work schedule of 5.5 days a week.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
2. Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
3. Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
4. Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
5. Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
6. Keep logs on work and issues.
7. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
8. Plan for vehicle inspection and to meet the requirements with LTA.

Requirements:

1. "N" Level, ITE certificate, or any technical certificate in a similar trade
2. Proven experience
3. Team player and self-motivated
4. Physically fit and agile
5. Willing to work overtime
6. A valid Class 3 driving license
7. Workplace in Jurong, 5.5 work days (M-F: 8.00am – 5.00pm/ Sat:8.00am - 12.00noon)
