Job summary
A dynamic company in Singapore seeks a Social Media & Events Assistant to support the media team with events, media coverage tracking, and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma, strong writing and organizational skills, and be effective communicators. This role offers a salary of $2,580/month on a 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Diploma holder.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities, with keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in English.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Support in drafting and consolidating media materials for events.
- Assist the media team in carrying out media-related events and activities.
- Help in monitoring and tracking media coverage and compile media reports and statistics.
- Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for events.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
