As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This full-time position in Macpherson, Central Region, will see you developing and executing tailored social media strategies to promote the company's products and services, build a strong brand identity, and connect with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement goals
• Create and curate engaging, visually appealing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimise and improve strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with the company's overall marketing and branding objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to inform and enhance the company's digital marketing approach
• Identify opportunities to leverage influencers, user-generated content, and other innovative social media tactics to reach and engage target audiences
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices, and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
• Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to create or curate visually appealing social media content
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Love engaging on Social Media Platforms like Tik Tok, IG, Facebook, Linkedin, XiaoHongShu
• Passion for beauty, skincare and haircare
• Effectively bilingual
