Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)

Responsibilities

Manage social media communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Schedule and publish daily/weekly posts according to the content calendar.

Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice to platform and audience.

Monitor DMs, comments, and community interactions, ensuring timely responses.

Track sentiment, engagement levels, and feedback to improve community health.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on follower growth, engagement rate, and reach.

Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign alignment.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years’ experience in social media or community management.

Excellent writing and communication skills will be an added advantage.

Familiar with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).

Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about engaging online audiences.
