About the Binance Accelerator Program:
  • An immersive 3–6 month program designed for early-career talent.

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaign schedules with Business Development (BD).
  • Create marketing content and materials for POS and DeFi projects, including landing pages, social media, and CRM.

  • Work with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote Web3 Earn products.
  • Develop and launch user acquisition campaigns to increase TVL (Total Value Locked).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordination with overseas teams.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excel at multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills across projects and time zones.
  • Possess effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in marketing or BD is a plus.
