A fragrances and flavour house located in the heart of Singapore. Our forte is in conducting workshops and events on scent crafting; making spaces smell beautiful through ambient scenting and creating scented products for corporate gifting and weddings.

Job Description:

Marketing (50%)
  • Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, blog, and email channels.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, graphics) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with brands, designers and photographers for branded content.
  • Write compelling copy for social media captions, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Grow and maintain an active online presence through interaction, engagement campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor trends and use creative formats (e.g., reels, stories, challenges) to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Support the development and launch of product, seasonal, or promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in coordinating PR and influencer partnerships.
Workshop/Events (50%)
  • Conduct/manage/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making etc.
  • Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events
  • Getting pictures, Google reviews and tags on social media after each workshop
  • Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention
  • Assist with producing marketing collaterals (videos, pictures, blogs etc.)
  • Checking inventory and ensure that all materials are fully stocked, refilled
  • Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area at all times
  • Preparing retail products when necessary
  • Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and always upkept
  • Assist the CEO and team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required
