Job summary
A well-established company in Singapore is looking for an administrative support professional to manage daily sales operations and assist the sales team. This role involves order processing, vendor sourcing, stock monitoring, and ISO compliance. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Nitec or Diploma in a related field, and experience in AutoCAD and Mechanical Engineering is advantageous. - Minimum qualifications include Nitec and/or Diploma.
- Prior experience in AutoCAD and Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily sales operations and the sales team.
- Process customer orders, planning, scheduling, and liaising for order delivery.
- Assist the project department with documentation and filing.
- Handle quotations and possess knowledge in purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports and documents for tenders.
- Engage in vendor sourcing and procurement.
- Monitor and record stock.
- Oversee shipments of orders.
- Prepare and file for ISO compliance.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Basic $2800 - $3200 + Variable Bonus

Working location: Tuas
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8am to 5pm
Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team
Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery
Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating
Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing
Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender
Vendor sourcing and procurement
Stock monitoring and recording
Monitor shipment of order
ISO preparation & filing
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or related field
Prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering is an advantage
