Job summary
An international technology company in Singapore seeks an IT/Security professional to strengthen governance and support implementation across APAC subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include managing IT baselines, coordinating change management, and producing bilingual documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Japanese and English, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of major IT tools like M365 and Intune.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in IT/Security (multi-site or group environment preferred).
- Exposure to policy/risk and configuration/change management.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ITGC/J-SOX is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish group IT/Security baselines and operate policy gap management.
- Support selection/PoC/rollout and configuration standardisation.
- Coordinate change management with local IT.
- Produce improvement roadmaps and reports.
- Build dashboards and assist with incident collaboration.

Work with Japan HQ while embedded in Singapore to strengthen governance and deliver implementation support for APAC subsidiaries—co‑building baselines, managing policy deltas, and executing common platform rollout and configuration changes with local teams.
- Establish group IT/Security baselines and operate policy gap/delta management per entity.
- Support selection/PoC/rollout and configuration standardisation for M365/Entra ID, Intune/EDR, IAM, ITSM/CMDB.
- Coordinate change management with local IT (risk, rollback, evidence).
- Conduct assessments (interviews, config/log review), produce improvement roadmaps.
- Build dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and issue JP/EN status reports.
- Assist with incident collaboration (triage, containment, comms, corrective actions).
- Produce bilingual SOPs/guides and run enablement sessions.
- Automate config compliance checks and evidence collection scripts.
- Act as day‑to‑day liaison with Japan HQ.
- Japanese (business) and English (business).
- 3–5 years in IT/Security (multi‑site or group environment preferred).
- Exposure to M365/Entra ID/Intune/EDR, IAM, SIEM/logging, policy/risk, and configuration/change management.
- Clear communication and documentation skills in JP/EN.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ITGC/J‑SOX.
- Certifications: CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI (plus: CISSP/CISM).
- Additional regional languages (KR/CN/TH/MY).
