The Drafter & Safety Co-ordinator prepares technical documents (e.g., AutoCAD drawings, risk assessments, safe work procedures) and ensures compliance with safety regulations through audits, training, and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project documents: drawings, risk assessments, SWPs, equipment manifests.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and internal safety policies.
• Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to maintain safety and documentation standards.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Attend project and safety meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in WSH from recognized institutions (e.g., SSG, SISO, BCA)
• WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS Course) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in WSH within construction/build environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM.
