Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Coordinator responsible for managing ISO compliance and safety documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a BizSafe Level B certification and have at least 2 years of experience in safety coordination. This role involves on-site inspections across various hospital and clinic settings. Attractive 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a safety coordinator.
• Experience in PM and installation works is advantageous.
• Ability to perform safety inspections on-site and in-house.

• Assist with safety documentation such as Risk Assessments.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage quality control matters and ISO compliance coordination.
• Assist various departments with safety-related documentation such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Lifting Plans, and BizSAFE certifications.
• Perform safety inspections both on-site and in-house.
• Coordinate site safety concerns as necessary. Fulfill any additional duties or tasks delegated by management as needed.
• Facilitate orientation training for new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have BizSafe Level B Certification
• Candidate must be able to read and basic manipulation of AutoCAD Drawings.
• Advantage if have some experience in site coordination, PM and installation works.
• Candidate must have at least minimum of 2 years of experience as a safety coordinator.
• Successful candidate will be deployed to sites island wide - Work Place located at Hospitals, Clinics and Old Age Nursing Homes Nurse Station, Patients Wards etc.
• 5 days working
