A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct audits. The role includes training new hires, investigating incidents, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a professional safety certification. This position promotes a proactive safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in workplace safety.
  • Professional safety certification (e.g., WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant health and safety laws and regulations.
