  3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

We are looking for a GST Executive that is excited about the below Mission and Outcome.

Mission: The mission of a GST Executive is to ensure the accurate and timely management of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance for client organisations, including the registration, filing, and reporting of GST returns, while adhering to Singapore GST regulations. The GST Executive plays a crucial role in supporting clients in optimising their GST processes, ensuring full compliance, and minimising the risk of errors or penalties related to GST.

Outcomes:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s GST regulations and processes: Able to articulate and apply appropriate regulations in filling GST reports and answering clients’ queries, and 100% familiarisation with GST registration, exemption, cancellation and filing processes
  • Consistently achieve a high level of client satisfaction through prompt and accurate reporting and problem resolution.
  • Consistently ensure that their portfolio value and profit margin maintains a minimum gross profitability of 70%, excluding passthrough fees and tools.
  • Ensure that the agreed GST deadlines for all clients are based on given service level agreements (SLAs) and statutory requirements: Ensure 100% GST F5 filing by agreed deadlines, on-time GST registration and exemption.
  • 100% team collaboration and communication: Effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth GST operations.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a GST executive and you will most likely be located in PHILIPPINES or INDIA.

The interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

A ~60 minute chat with a member of the HR or leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.

We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.

Please be aware that Sleek is a regulated entity and as such is required to perform different levels of background checks on staff depending on their role.

This may include using external vendors to verify the below:

  • Any bankruptcy or adverse credit history
