Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency is looking for an experienced kitchen manager to oversee daily operations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring food quality, adhering to hygiene standards, and training new employees. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a dynamic work atmosphere where you will lead a team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee kitchen day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain food quality standards for customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and assist in training of new employees.
- Possess expert knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures.
- Create a positive and energetic working atmosphere.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
⏰ Time: Monday - Saturday (7am to 5pm)
- Managing and oversee kitchen day to day operations, including planning and directing food preparation.
- Ensure the team adheres to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements.
- Maintain and continuously seek improvement in food quality standards and service and operating standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and assist in training of new employees.
- Possess expert knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures.
- Work well with all team members by creating a stimulating, positive and energetic working atmosphere.
- Take ownership of all tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned to you and ensuring that they are completed according to the kitchen work schedule and to the required standard.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.

- Able to work with minimal supervision.
