M&E Facilities Manager - Building Ops & Sustainability
Job summary
A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E) to ensure the upkeep and optimization of facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property management, a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and strong customer service skills. This role involves overseeing maintenance, managing service contracts, and implementing sustainability initiatives, offering an opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
- Green Mark and FSM certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing facility maintenance and repair.
- Conducting regular inspections of M&E equipment.
- Managing service contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Proposing improvements to enhance functionality.
