A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site. The ideal candidate should have a recognized degree in architecture with at least 2 years of experience in building or construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Strong planning and communication skills are essential for this role.

Competenze

  • At least 2 years working experience in building or construction projects.
  • Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit.
  • Able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.

Mansioni

  • Review project specifications and technical issues and detailing.
  • Check and monitor preparation, updating and submissions of shop drawings.
  • Monitor construction progress to align with architectural design.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.

Conoscenze

Good knowledge in architectural works
Good Planning Skills
Good communicative skills
Knowledge of BIM / VDC technology
Proficient in AutoCAD
