Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in building or construction projects.
• Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit.
• Able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical issues and detailing.
• Check and monitor preparation, updating and submissions of shop drawings.
• Monitor construction progress to align with architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.

Skills

Good knowledge in architectural works

Good Planning Skills

Good communicative skills

Knowledge of BIM / VDC technology

Proficient in AutoCAD

Education

Recognised Degree in Architecture or equivalent
