Job Type: Full-time & Part time
As a Ballet Teacher, you are required to:
- Prepare stimulating resources for classes. Toddler to Adult and prepare students for a professional career in dance.
- Have the capability to lead, groom, value-add and direct junior dance teachers to attain quality teaching and management skills like themselves.
- Be independent, self-driven and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Explain and demonstrate proper techniques.
- Ability to connect and capture students’ attention, deliver information clearly, concisely and effectively.
- Create choreography for annual student production, select accompanying music and costume.
- Participate in any school events such as Concerts & public performances.
- Attend professional development sessions to improve his/her teaching methods and maintain curriculum currency.
- Present a professional image in dressing at all times.
Requirements For Classical Ballet Teacher:
- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience.
- RAD/ CSTD Advanced Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma / Degree.
- Possessing a RAD/CSTD Teaching Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Should be self-motivated, independent and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
