Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead social growth strategies and create organic content including graphics, videos etc.
• Support the ideation and development of content strategies
• Create and produce social media content, engaging videos, graphics and stories
• Manage and think of engaging ideas that will help the social media account grow
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Meta and Xiao Hong Shu
• Ensure every output for TikTok and Instagram is intentional, sharp, and scroll-stopping.

Requirements

• Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral formats, and editing styles
• Have prior experience in short-form video editing, particularly for TikTok & IG Reels
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Hands-on experience creating content, filming, scripting, editing, on an iPhone or GoPro
• Bonus points if you’ve done skits, POV content, or street interviews before
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere, CapCut and Adobe After Effects
