Job summary

A leading staffing services provider in Singapore is seeking an SAP Payroll Specialist to design and develop Payroll solutions tailored to local business and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience in SAP Payroll. Responsibilities include configuring SAP modules and collaborating with stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to manage complex payroll projects and upgrades.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy reliable and efficient SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions tailored to Singapore-specific business and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project delivery teams and business stakeholders to define system requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP HCM Payroll and Time modules, conduct unit and integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee deployment activities.
  • Liaise with business owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Payroll and Time solutions.
  • Manage SAP Payroll schema and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) effectively.
  • Collaborate with security teams on HR authorizations and role assignments.
  • Support regular HRSP/SPS upgrades and provide expertise during year-end activities and payroll upgrades.
  • Assist with data migration and ensure accuracy during system transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management, with deep knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Data Replication.
  • Proficient in Payroll and Time schema and PCR development.
  • Familiar with SAP security and HR authorization management.
  • Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP Payroll implementation projects.
  • Experience in SAP Payroll support, upgrades, and data migration activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
