A leading medical technology provider is seeking a Service Coordinator in Singapore. This role involves handling customer service inquiries, managing service order processes in SAP, and ensuring timely communication with customers. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Handle customer service hotline and create Service Orders in SAP.
- Pro-actively communicate updates to customers.
- Manage month end closing and invoice preparations.
