The Role

Lead a team of engineers and consultants delivering Network and Cloud/Hosting Managed Services to global clients in the financial sector. Oversee service quality and performance, drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, and develop team capabilities to ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain executive relationships with local clients and manage escalations on behalf of Lumen Managed Services.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Manage, lead, and support activities of the account consultant team
  • Hire and manage performance of assigned departmental employees
  • Ensure the assigned employees are trained on current products and processes
  • Employee development, formalized and scheduled training programs for assigned employees
  • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental goals and KPIs
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Data analysis and performance reporting creation and delivery
  • Create executive relationships with large wholesale customer operation teams
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor degree, Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Broad expertise in Telecom network services, IT solutions, hybrid-cloud architecture, and network design.
  • Significant experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, and integration projects.
  • Proven ability in managing small to medium teams
  • Proven record of driving continuous improvements across operation, administrative processes
  • Experience with client relationship development and management on middle management to executive level
  • Experience with enterprise environments in financial services is highly desirable.
