About the role

ABR Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Production Crew to join our team in our Tampines East Region location under All Best Foods Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating the work of production crews to ensure productivity targets are met

• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement

• Providing hands-on support and training to production crew members

• Maintaining accurate records of production data and inventory levels

• Collaborating with other departments to optimise production schedules and workflows

• Perform quality check on the pastry dough and filling before use

• Troubleshooting issues that arise during production and implementing corrective measures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related food manufacturing or commercial kitchens

• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate production crews

• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to upholding health, safety and quality standards
