A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a dynamic individual to manage business opportunities and customer relationships in the food processing sector. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of sales experience and a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, conducting client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Strong analytical and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Develop, and manage business opportunities for the company.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers.
Manage day-to-day customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.
Prepare quotations and support pricing discussions with customers.
Conduct client meetings, including presentations and proposal discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. production, quality, supply chain) to support product sampling and development initiatives.
Plan and coordinate product demonstrations and tasting sessions when required.
Monitor product usage and prepare basic reports using analytical tools.
Gather and manage customer feedback to maintain and improve service standards.
Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure quality and operational alignment.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management within the food processing/manufacturing sector.
Basic understanding of food products, quality standards, and regulatory considerations.
