Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop, and manage business opportunities for the company.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers.

  • Manage day-to-day customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.

  • Prepare quotations and support pricing discussions with customers.

  • Conduct client meetings, including presentations and proposal discussions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. production, quality, supply chain) to support product sampling and development initiatives.

  • Plan and coordinate product demonstrations and tasting sessions when required.

  • Monitor product usage and prepare basic reports using analytical tools.

  • Gather and manage customer feedback to maintain and improve service standards.

  • Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure quality and operational alignment.

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management within the food processing/manufacturing sector.

  • Basic understanding of food products, quality standards, and regulatory considerations.
