Job summary
A leading real estate company is seeking a qualified candidate in Singapore for a role focused on managing maintenance programs and improving operational technology in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and relevant experience in property management. Responsibilities include vendor management, system efficiency monitoring, and implementing smart building solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders are essential. Experience in Green Mark facilities is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity for degree holders.
- Minimum 5 years' experience for diploma holders managing commercial/retail buildings.
- Experience managing a Green Mark building is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement maintenance programmes for building systems.
- Evaluate and manage vendors for M&E systems and OT solutions.
- Monitor systems operation efficiency according to specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and work specifications for maintenance.
