A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves managing daily operations, conducting inspections, and coordinating A&A works. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering. This position offers an opportunity to lead teams and implement energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice, BCA, SCDF.
  • Experience in energy management and sustainability projects.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems.
  • Manage A&A works including project coordination and contractor supervision.
  • Conduct inspections and audits for system reliability.
