A leading life sciences company in Singapore is seeking a Lead OEM Sales Representative to drive business growth across Asia Pacific & Japan. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and at least 12 years of experience in the life sciences or clinical diagnostics industry. Responsibilities include managing OEM relationships, developing strategies for expansion, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A willingness to travel up to 50% is essential.

The Lead OEM Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and leading our OEM and Licensing business across Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) for the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division (CSD). You will develop and sustain a strong BD funnel, cultivate new OEM opportunities, manage regional forecasts and lead alliance management activities for OEM and strategic partners in APJ. You will evaluate regional markets, identify unmet needs, and develop strategies that highlight where CSD can expand through OEM and licensing. The role will also encompass leading customer relationships and communications.
