The trainer will be responsible for classroom management, guiding junior trainers, and ensuring effective communication with parents. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in abacus mental arithmetic. This role offers a salary range of $3000 to $4000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Senior Abacus Mental Arithmetic Trainer

Working Days: 6 Days (Off on Monday)
Working hours are as below:
* Tues @ 12.30pm - 9.30pm (Before passing Teacher's Evaluation)
* Tues @ 4.30pm - 9.30pm (After passing Teacher's Evaluation)
* Wed - Fri @ 12.30pm - 9.30pm
* Sat @ 10.15am - 7.15pm
* Sun @ 10.15am - 6.15pm
Working Location: Yishun
Salary: $3000 to $4000 (Based on experience and qualification)

Responsibilities:
Conduct structured abacus-mental arithmetic lessons (physical & online) for children aged 3–12.
Ensure lesson delivery, classroom management, and parent communication.
Guide junior trainers during onboarding and certification.
Provide feedback to improve teaching methodology and curriculum content.
Participate in internal trainer workshops and assist in training sessions.
Assist in centre events, competitions, and outreach initiatives as required.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum 2 years of abacus mental arithmetic teaching experience.
