A leading eldercare provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage a team of Care Associates. The role emphasizes mentorship, quality improvement, and maintaining high standards in home personal care services. Ideal candidates will have a Higher Nitec, experience in eldercare, and strong communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to Care Associates as well as actively participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously refine care processes and elevate service excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a supportive team environment and implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
