Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational and accounting duties including AR and AP.
• Issue invoices to clients based on payment response and follow up on payments.
• Process monthly payments (including the issuance of cheques, telegraphic transfer, and funds transfer between banks).
• Daily bank reconciliation against payments & receipts.
• Perform month-end Bank reconciliations for all banks.
• Check and post all invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness for month-end closing.
• Proper scanning and filing of documents.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
