Our client, a leading foreign bank, is looking to hire a senior DCM Origination & Sales Specialist with strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and a passion for capital markets. It offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive origination, structuring, and execution of bond offerings (including documentation, due diligence, and investor engagement).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients in Southeast Asia and Greater China.
• Support ongoing business development and idea generation, with active involvement in client pitching and marketing efforts.
• Provide strategic and timely market insights on debt issuance processes, pricing, and investor appetite.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and credit approval teams, to facilitate seamless deal execution.
• Liaise with regional offices and internal teams globally to grow DCM and cross-border business opportunities.
• Represent the bank in client meetings, roadshows, and investor discussions when required.
• Undertake other assignments or responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Corporate/Institutional Banking.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin, to interact with both international and Chinese‑speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in debt origination, with hands‑on experience in deal execution.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Confident, collaborative, and driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
