Manager (Compliance)
Job summary
A leading compliance firm in Singapore is looking for a Compliance Officer to drive compliance initiatives and monitor implementation across business units. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in compliance-related fields. Enthusiasm for influencing others and improving compliance processes is essential. You will assist with ISO37001 certification audits and work collaboratively with various teams to enhance compliance practices. This role offers an opportunity to work across different time zones and travel as necessary.

- Drive and monitor compliance initiatives and programs.
- Assist with ISO37001 certification audits.
- Evaluate compliance status in different business units.
- Influence others to adopt compliance best practices.
Skills
Education
Reporting to the Vice President, Compliance, you will be an integral part of the Compliance team to rollout and continually improve an effective Compliance framework and culture across business units. You will work closely with the business units and the respective Compliance Associates and champions to identify, assess and monitor key risks and actions, as well as assist in the implementation of the Seatrium compliance programme.
- Drive the Group’s Compliance initiatives and program
- Monitor the Compliance implementation status in Business Units
- Assist with the implementation of the Group Regulatory Compliance Register
- Assist in ISO37001 certification audits/program
- Assist on all other aspects of Compliance team’s scope: third party due diligence, Compliance Committee meetings, ISO37001, Integrated Assurance Framework, Human Right audits as may be required from time to time
- Be driver of innovation, automation and improvement to compliance process and analytics
- Preferably with either Legal, Accounting/Finance or Business degree
- Between 1 to 5 years’ of experience in any of anti‑bribery corruption, sanctions & trade compliance, human rights, data privacy, competition law, due diligence, or data analytics
- Enthusiastic about making a difference, and influencing others to do the right things
- Willing to work across different time zones and travel when required.
