Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a project coordinator to manage tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and a valid driving license. This role involves coordinating with team members, clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills for managing pressurized situations.
• Driving license with Class 3 or Class 3 C.
• Driving license with Class 3 or Class 3 C is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to team members based on their skill sets.
• Maintain and adjust project budgets as needed.
• Track performance and analyze progress towards goals.
• Document and report project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team for project support and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project progress, procurement, and costing.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers on drawing changes.
• Assist the project manager on site.
• Ensure safety and quality of production on site.

Job description

• Maintain budgets and adjust according to needs as they arise.
• Track performance and analyse the completion of key goals.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
• Problem solving skills with for to manage the pressurised situations.
• To have a Driving license with Class 3 or Class 3 C is additional support for the job needs.
• Coordination and good communication with our own team for project support and sharing experience.
• Project Monitoring of progress, procurement and costing.
• Coordination with Architect and professional Engineer for any drawing changes or amendments
• To assist the project manager on site.
• Ensure the Safety and Quality of production on site.
