Job summary

A civil engineering company in Singapore seeks a qualified civil engineer with a Diploma/Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. The candidate will manage and oversee construction projects, perform site inspections, and assist in preparing project reports. A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential projects is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field, preferably in residential projects.
• Ability to perform engineering duties in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.
• Experience in preparing method statements and technical submissions for consultants' approval.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on site.
• Review tender/construction drawings to understand project requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing project status reports.
• Resolve technical issues on site and drawings with consultants.
• Prepare and review technical shop drawings in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Assist in managing construction process of a project from start to finish.
• Preparation of method statements and technical submission for consultants' approval.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing project status reports.
