Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for liaising with local clients and suppliers. The firm offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of construction industry experience preferred.
  • Must be meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Independent and able to meet job objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting duties for construction projects.
  • Conduct cash flow updates and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with suppliers on invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist with annual audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain tracking and record keeping.
  • Prepare ad-hoc finance reports as assigned.
