Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design, drive finance transformation initiatives, and guide complex SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, deep functional expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution design for SAP Finance (FI/CO) within S/4HANA transformation programmes.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design future-state processes, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.

• Ensure seamless integration between finance and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).

• Provide expert guidance to project teams, consultants, and client stakeholders.

• Participate in architecture reviews, governance discussions, and design validation workshops.

• Produce high-quality technical/functional documentation and solution roadmaps.

• Support presales activities when required—solutioning, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in consulting or project delivery (not support-only roles).

• At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Finance.

• Strong knowledge of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Asset Accounting, Controlling).

• Proven experience in enterprise-level SAP solution architecture.

• Good exposure to integration with other modules and external systems.

• Experience working with global consulting firms or system integrators (SI).

Good‑To‑Have Skills

• Presales experience including solutioning, RFP response, and client workshops.

• Experience in digital, system, or finance transformation programs.

• Knowledge of emerging SAP innovations (RISE with SAP, Central Finance, BTP).

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
