Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an entry-level accountant to support financial operations. The role involves data entry, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Applicants should have a minimum diploma in accountancy and accounting knowledge, along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities
- Support Accountant in data entry for reports.
- Record financial transactions including A/R and A/P.
- Prepare financial reports like balance sheets and cash flow statements.

- Support Accountant in data entry and information gathering for reports purpose
- Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Process and verify invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and verifying supporting documentation
- A/R, A/P transactions
- Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters
- Processing payment and prepare cheque
- Min Diploma in Accountancy
- Accounting knowledge is necessary
- Min 1 year experience
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
