Job summary

TD Bank Group in Singapore seeks a Workspace Engineer for a 12-month assignment to provide desk-side, remote and meeting-room technology support to Asia Pacific users, with a focus on end-user computing and AV/collaboration.

You will own incidents, manage requests, configure and maintain devices, support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams meetings and other conferencing platforms, and collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable technology services.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on desktop and workspace support experience.
• Strong experience with AV-enabled meeting rooms and conferencing setups.
• Proficient in supporting Teams meetings and at least one other enterprise platform (Webex).
• Able to prepare rooms and equipment for executive meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side, remote and on-site end-user support for Asia Pacific users.
• Set up, test and troubleshoot meeting rooms and conference spaces.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams meetings and Webex.
• Own incidents and requests through resolution with timely updates.
• Maintain endpoint lifecycle including imaging and deployment.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
