Job summary

MSD International GMBH (Singapore Branch) is seeking an IT professional to join Global End User Services, delivering AV support and general IT end-user assistance across Singapore. You will also manage infrastructure tasks and act as a technical focal for various projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms and meeting room AV, plus strong customer service and discreet executive support capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent fields is desired.
• Strong Customer Service skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with IT end-user support and AV/meeting room technology.
• Familiarity with IT service delivery processes (ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT end-user support for Singapore, including AV and meeting room tech.
• Log, track and resolve IT requests within service levels and escalate when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and adoption of global IT standards.
• Support executive meetings with AV readiness and on-site presence.
• Collaborate with global/regional teams on IT initiatives and projects.
• Document fixes and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with vendors for asset management and equipment maintenance.
