Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking an Analyst II, IT End User Services, to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and collaboration tools at our Woodlands site.

The role covers troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, OS, software, and network issues, plus AV and meeting room support. You will work with regional and global IT teams to ensure a secure, productive digital workplace for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, OS, software apps, and network connectivity in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of audio-visual systems and video conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and peripheral issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms with proper documentation.
• Support AV and video conferencing in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Conduct meeting room readiness checks and preventive maintenance for reliable user experience.
• Provide technical support for site events and meetings.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.
