Job summary

TD Securities Workspace Engineering team in Singapore seeks an experienced Desk-side and remote support engineer to deliver high-quality end-user computing services, AV/Conferencing support, and project-ready readiness. You will own incidents through resolution and collaborate with global teams.

Key responsibilities include supporting Teams Rooms and Webex, maintaining room health checks, and ensuring smooth executive meetings with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on desktop/workspace support experience.
• Experience with AV-enabled meeting rooms and conferencing setups.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms or Webex and other conferencing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM or Intune and IT service-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via remote and on-site desk-side assistance.
• Set up, operate, test and troubleshoot meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams meetings, Webex and other conferencing tech.
• Attend meetings, perform room health checks and ensure minimal disruption.
• Maintain ticket ownership, updates and documentation in ServiceNow.
